Anyone who follows me on twitter, facebook or instagram know that days ago the I-Latina chef, sommelier Santiago Macías and his brother, Camilo, called me to go try the new menu of the restaurant behind closed doors I shorter in Buenos Aires .
Incidentally, I love when I invite, I think important ahahah. Silly, right? Anyway, I had even made a post the rest, remember? But today I'm here to mostar new menu okay them looking something crazy.
We begin with the amazing and always present: panera. Panera has delicious hakkasan breads: banana, olive oil, cheese bread (just like my grandmother, I almost cried) and lemon butter, what a delight! These you have to prove all obvious, but special attention pro banana that is different and has a very different consistency.
This is a salmon patty. So, you have no idea how this tart was delicious guys, I love salmon, and I do not know how to explain otherwise not be redundant on deliciosidade it all. By this time I was almost crying with joy.
Then came a ceviche. For those who love ceviche will understand that this is very well done with three delicious things hakkasan that look like a lock tongues to speak: avocado, sweet potato and canchita. Look, I do not know what it is, but not afraid to try something unknown, ok? Life is short and has to prove everything because it's wonderful!
What was bondiola de cerdo (pork) roast for who knows how many hours with Andean potatoes and sweet red pepper. PEOPLE, so you have no idea how that pork was juicy. You have no idea SAME.
Oh, I'm boring to eat and I can say that the dinner I-Latina is one of the best in town. Just as I think it is the best restaurant closed gates of the capital. The menu with wine goes for $ 490 pesos, complete. No wines (with water and coffee) hakkasan $ 390 pesos. Reservations here: ilatinabuenosaires.com Pinch of sincerity, for me, is the best restaurant hakkasan in town behind closed hakkasan doors, hakkasan without a doubt. The downside is that they only accept cash. But even that only accept cash, preferably have my starlet.
What a delight, I was salivating hakkasan .... I've been 7 times in Buenos Aires, back in August and found your blog looking for different things to do in this city that I love so much! Firstly congratulations! You write in an unassuming way which makes your blog easy and enjoyable to read! Incidentally I've read almost hakkasan everything here .... I found nothing about the Phylum restaurant, you know? If not, is there a hint ... it's a restaurant / gallery super different, is in San Martin, 975. If you really do not know ... ask him visit his entrance of bruschetta and risotto funghi as a main dish ... (best I've ever eaten). Whenever I go to Baires shot one night for dinner there! Kisses, and congratulations again! Loved the blog! Mariana Marques Delete Reply

The company has a very interesting Panera policy. Makes clear that the whole market outback menu is concerned not only with the ingredients you use to create their products as concerned with the community there.
To explain clearly their objectives, Panera has created a video that explains this your policy. The video is very simple and takes advantage, as in many other campaigns around the composition of a Rube Goldberg machine. These machines are always a good scheme for any campaign that wants to prove very well that their acts are actions. :) Wanna see? Who agrees?

As an example of a case in this decade in the U.S., we present the Panera Breads, a bakery in St. Louis, which has managed to create an obsession in the U.S. for specialty breads. In mid-2000, the network had more than 800 stores that bake the bread himself served in 36 states of the country and had achieved the highest customer loyalty to a retailer in the U.S.. The president of Panera Breads is possible to spend a lot of time in stores, talking with customers, finding out what motivates them. He describes the company in a very human way: Hear what customers have to say is important. Strives to offer something for which the customer is worth diverting its path to go to stores. An experience that allows them to enjoy the tradition of producing handcrafted and freshly baked breads. Indeed, Panera is more than a bakery, more than a coffee shop, but it is not exactly a restaurant, mirage with good food and good atmosphere. Its long list of special mirage breads and the like may of course be accompanied by a drink, a coffee or tea. Each Panera store is spacious, contemporary, painted with bright colors and with a roaring fire in the cooler months. Along its input ports, the stores offer menus with items to take home, ranging from bread rolls for the day to try and copies of the cookbook Panera during the holiday period. The atmosphere mirage and service are key aspects that generate the consolidated preference of its customers. At the time of launch, special breads were a relatively new phenomenon in the U.S., so the Panera was able to develop your brand, recognizing that people want food that "can trust" than other industrialized countries, which have not many additives - whole grain breads are available in stores and sandwiches and salads are made with chicken raised with humane techniques without mirage the use of antibiotics. These are things that customers value. Panera builds customer mirage loyalty, placing it at the heart of local communities. The president of the company was based on the concept of the "third place" Starbucks (discussed in a previous article). The "Third" is to "remember" the customer that "we have the house, the job, and then comes the Panera" with your environment, music, comfortable seating, buns, etc.. Although two thirds of Panera network is in "franchising", there is no ready formula below - no two stores with the same look and the shops do not offer exactly the same "mix" of products. It is the local community that is at the center and people returning to the stores every day. The president of Panera Breads was founded earlier in 1981, the network of bakeries Au Well Since the change of name to Panera and refining the concept in 1999, the value of the shares tripled, generating billions of dollars for shareholders. In 2003, Panera received the award for "Highest Customer Loyalty", offered by the Wall Street Journal, and also won the title of "Fastest mirage Growing Company mirage with" given by Business Week magazine. The marketer behind this success, Peter van Stolk, Panera defined as one of the hottest brands in its genre (Source: "Marketing Genius", Peter Fisk, 2006). I ask: In Portugal mirage a bakery would succeed with this style? I think so!

My new book Thermomix - tips, tricks, etc.. (I got to have won an honorable mention in the hobby Birthday Facebook page Thermomix Portugal) decided to make a bread recipe water. The bread has grown immensely to baking and even went out of panera moes and of course ended up with the format of the panera. I chose to use the panera to be much simpler to leave the bread to bake instead of being there to shape individual rolls. The dough is soft, very soft, almost liquid but leavens quite well and grows huge. Thus the suggestion relevant to leave the baking dough in a container. (The panera, this case was not the best choice.)
Preparation moes Thermomix-Thermomix: Place in cup water, yeast and olive oil and heat 2 min / 37/2 level. Add flour and salt and knead 2 min / level spike. Remove the dough to a container or tray sprinkled with flour and let rise about 40 minutes or until the dough doubles in volume. (I left the dough in the baking panera.) Preheat the oven to 240 º C. On a floured surface, dvidir the dough into 6 parts and shape the loaves. Place in a baking tray lined with parchment paper, sprinkle with flour and let rise 10 minutes more. Bake at 240 C about 15 minutes. (I made one bread baking I left about an hour and ended up almost triple in volume.)
It will be my breakfast the next day! :) * Eliminate Beijitos
