1 Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Add the garlic, paprika and jalapeños, and stir for 30 seconds. 2 Turn the heat to high and add the prawns, brandy and lemon juice. Fry for about three minutes until the prawns are translucent. 3 Remove from the heat, season to taste and immediately serve with crusty bread.
