600 g lean beef mince 100g bacon pieces 1 Et oil 1 onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, chopped 2 Et toma


600 g lean beef mince 100g bacon pieces 1 Et oil 1 onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, chopped 2 Et tomato paste 1 can tomato and onion 1 tsp dry chili flakes 1 can red kidney beans 1 red pepper, chopped 1 Et Worcestershire sauce 5 ml beef extract 5 ml soy sauce 60 ml red wine 10 ml sugar
Method: Heat oil and fry onions, bacon and mince for 5 min. Stir tamatiepaste, chilli flakes, fresh chilli, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Then add beans, tomato and onion mixture to 14 head of water and slowly simmer for 5 minutes. Tortilla wraps in circles expressed the size of your muffin pans, and then lightly brushed with oil. Press into muffin starbuck on, it will make such folds. Bake the tortillas in preheated oven, 180 for as 15min until golden brown. Spoon filling into each tortilla, put cheese on top, and a jalapeno slice of ECT on each jalapeno and served with plum chutney. Delicious as a starter or just a light meal
