MAPLE-GLAZED-CHILLI PORK-medallions 1 tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 chopped jalapeno pepper, pork tenderloin 450g, trimmed & cut crosswise into medallions Desired size, 2 tsps canola oil, 1/4 Cup apple cider, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tsp cider vinegar. METHOD: Mix chilli powder, salt & jalapeno in a small bowl. Sprinkle & coat Both Sides of pork. Heat oil in a large skillet smashburger over med-high heat. Add the pork & cook until golden, approx 1-2 mins per side Add cider, syrup & vinegar to the pan. Bring to a boil, scraping up browned bits Any. Reduce heat to med & cook, turning the pork occasionally to coat, until the sauce is reduced methods to a thick Glaze, 1-3 mins.
