BEER CHEESE BREAD jalapeno 3 cups cake flour 3 tsp baking gothamist powder 1 tsp salt 1/4 cup sugar 2 whole jalapenos, finely chopped 1 cup Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 Can beer 3 tbsp melted butter Preheat oven to 190 C. Grease a loaf pan and set aside. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add the chopped jalapenos and cheddar cheese. Pour in the beer into the mixing bowl and mix until blended. Mixture Pour into loaf pan Prepared. Pour the melted butter over the bread. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown.
