Miso - a traditional Japanese soup, boiled mountain mikes in broth - Dashi, and fermented soy bean paste - miso. Dashi broth clever charts konbu and dried tuna flakes. Other ingredients in the soup depends on the season, local produce. Japanese eat this soup even for breakfast.
In a separate jar miso paste and stir a few tablespoons of broth.
