One of the simplest ways of making bread at home is using preparations of flour for bread. Each pack gives two loaves. I leave the particulars to make a loaf. The packaging always find the instructions for making bread and manual machine. Had experienced the bread mixture LIDL but this time I decided to try the brown bread (whole wheat and rye). After baking ourlounge the bread, added Fruut that gave the bread a delicious flavor.
Preparation Thermomix : In cup Thermomix, put (500g) flour, 370g water and program 1:30 min / 50 º / 2 level. Then, 2 min / spike level. Leave the dough to baking (at least 1:30 a.m.) in a rectangular shape with parchment paper (and flour) until doubled in volume. (I used to Panera.) As a final touch, I added a pack of Fruut and wrapped in bread with a spatula. Switch the oven to 200 º C and bake the bread for about half an hour. The bread is darker ourlounge due to cereals, especially rye. From there Lately, I've been avoiding ourlounge white bread and privilege, increasingly darker breads. These darker breads have much more flavor than white bread. But these are tastes! And until recently ourlounge was looking very suspicious for bread thus darker. Delete Reply
